My name is Ada Raquel Zuñiga; I am Mexican national, native to this beautiful area of costalegre (coast of joy). I was married to an American with whom I have 4 beautiful children.

I am in charge of all operations regarding real estate, my niece takes care of the rentals and bookings and my daughter is my personal assistant.

My nephew takes care of the building and construction aspect of the business.

Brenda Dempsey is offering yoga and Qigong at Activos Gym in La Manzanilla on Tuesday and Thursday  mornings from 9:15AM to 10:30AM.

The classes are an eclectic mix of yoga and Qigong (energy play like Tai Qi). Yoga for Beginners through Intermediate with yoga flow to restorative and emphasis on strengthening, toning and range of movement exercises. We will explore possibilities and enhance energetic flow with a concentration on safe  and fun practices for all levels. Most classes include a pranayama breath work portion, sound/ vibrational work, some restorative, meditation, intuitive flow work and savasana relaxation.

Brenda has studied with numerous yoga teachers and schools can offer teacher training sessions as well. She has over 20 yrs experience teaching yoga Tai Qi and Qigong. She has lead international retreats in Canada, Mexico, Bali and Italy. She has Yoga Alliance status.

Cost for drop in classes are 150 pesos.
