Eileen’s La Manzanilla cooking classes and catering

    Eileen’s years of experience in teaching and love of cooking make the classes fun as well as instructional.

    Each class, which begins at 11 am and lasts about 2 ½ hours,  is “hands on” and students learn to prepare dishes from Eileen’s international repertoire. Students work together creating the meal and then adjourn to the breezy front terrace of her new casa to enjoy a luscious luncheon.  $300 pesos, $25 Canadian or $20 USD includes recipes, lunch and beverages.

    If you need a meal prepared for a dinner party or picnic on the beach Eileen’s can accommodate.  She can customize catering menus for any occasion.
