La Manzanilla Frementation Classes
Since I have learned the art of fermentation, I became an addict! Adding delicious and extremely nutritious ferments to your daily food will do wonders for your gut! That is why I want to share this with you.
I am offering a 4 hour workshop where you will learn how to ferment hard vegetables (we will make a cauliflower / carrot pickle and taste some of my pickles), we will make a basic sauerkraut, with some fun optional additions, and we will also make a batch of water Kefir, and taste some special brews.
Each participant will take home their own small batches of pickles and sauerkraut, as well as enough water kefir grains to start making your own brews!
I will offer 3 workshops during the season, you can chose from these dates:
*January 15th, from 2 to 6pm
*February 12th, from 2 to 6pm
*March 11th, from 2 to 6pm
I only have room for 6 per workshop, so please book as soon as you can!
