The sleeping quarters are in the loft with one double bed.  Enjoy the private deck and gaze out to the ocean and jungle views, approximately 560sq ft with 18ft ceilings.  There is also dipping pool for use by the main house and Casita Driftwood.

Combine the main house, Casa Piedra del Mar to accommodate up to a total of 6 people. Located only 5 minute walk from the village and playa.

Pricing

High season- November 1- April 30th. Minimum stay 1 week

• 1-2 persons: $364 usd/week
• 1-2 persons: $52 usd/night

Please contact for monthly rates. Minimum 1 week stay.  Once per week maid service is provided; if more service is required this can be arranged for an additional cost.

No pets or smoking. Our property is not suitable for children

Terms:
50% of total rental fee in US funds is required within 48 hours of the reservation confirmation. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival date. (Exception: For all Christmas, New Years (December 20th to January 3rd) and American Thanksgiving (November 20 to 27th) a 50% deposit is required and balance is due 90 days prior to arrival). If your reservation is less than 30 days from the booking date full payment is due within five business days of confirmed reservation. A reservation confirmation will be sent via email containing all the deposit information.
