We’d like to welcome The Lab to La Manzanilla! The dream of Laura Lynch has been realized in this quaint coffee shop and bar located at 18 Playa Blanca, just off the main jardin and across the street from the fish co-op in La Manzanilla.  The Lab offers locally roasted coffee, espresso drinks, cold brew,  teas, fermented drinks, cocktails, and libations with a (keen) focus on tequila and other agave distillates.  You’ll also find pastries in the mornings and small plates and desserts in the evening.
