Yoga for Life classes are for all levels. These classes give you a chance to learn and grow within meowself through a mewnique class environment.
2 Sessions Daily
Monday – Friday: 1st Session 8:30-9:15 a.m.; 2nd Session 9:45-10;30 a.m.
Mats available for all students. Classes also available by Zoom. All times are central time.
