Under a beautiful open air palapa you’ll find free weights and machines in a clean and breezy space. During the winter months additional classes such a Yoga, Chigong, Karate and dance may also be available. Year round you’ll find dance fitness.
Pay for the day or buy a monthly pass at extremely reasonably prices.
The class schedule changes often so it’s best to stop by and check the board for times and days.

As a dedicated weight lifter involved in many of the most modern facilities in Denver, I find this gym to meet the majority of my needs and circuit. The space is open air, nice, often has a good vibe of young local men and women doing there best and keeping each other enthused. The hours are easy to follow and they fit most schedules. Come try it out and you’ll find that anything they might lack from their high end competition back in the USA will melt away and you will walk out of there with a new bounce in your step and want to come back for more.

Love the gym in La Manzanilla! I Zumba 3 times a week and yoga on Saturday’s. Lots of fresh air and light under the palapa on the second floor. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. What a gem to enjoy in this special beach side village.
