The Lab is a community-oriented cafe serving locally roasted coffee, espresso drinks, cold brew,  teas, fermented drinks, cocktails, and libations with a (keen) focus on tequila and other agave distillates. We offer beer, wine, artisanal products of many kinds, and a rotating selection of mixed beverages for the curious mind!

The Lab will also have selection of baked goods and other sweet & savory treats. We are located just off of the jardin with ample seating on the covered brick patio, inside at the bar, or grab a spot in the cozy cafe to sit and catch up with old friends and make new ones.
